An upgrade of the chat software to more or less users is possible any time.
In this case, the current contract will be canceled and a new one (minimum term: one year) will be concluded. The already paid fees will be credited.
For the chat software’s upgrade, no extra costs will be occurring.
Example: To raise from 50 users to 100 users.
